Mission

The Haitian American Lawyers Association of Illinois, Inc. or HALA is a 501(c)(3), non-for profit, voluntary bar association committed to the constructive development of its members, providing assistance to future lawyers and shall act as a voice for the concerns of the Haitian Community particularly in Illinois.

HALA is also an affiliate chapter of the

 Illinois State Bar Association and the National Bar Association
